POPOLO LONDON RETURNS
We hope that you will like and gladly wear everything you buy from www.popolo.london , however if this is not the case, we can refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a good and saleable condition.
If you would like to return an item you can do so within 30 days of the date you receive your order. When returning an item, please bear in mind that:
- It is in new condition
- It is placed in its original packaging
- It still has its labels, tags and seals on
- It is not worn, dirty, stained or intentionally damaged
POPOLO London is entitled to make deductions from your refund in case the returned products are damaged or show any sign of wear and tear.
There are some items that are not subject to return and exchange:
- Women’s and men’s underwear
- Socks and women’s hosiery
WHAT DO I DO WITH FAULTY ITEMS?
If you discover that the products that POPOLO London delivered to you are faulty or defective, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.
Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.
WHAT DO I DO WITH INCORRECT ITEMS?
POPOLO London would be really sorry if you have received an incorrect item in your order. In this case, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org giving us your full name, email address, order number and a brief description of the incorrect item. A member of our sales team will get back to you as soon as possible.
DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If you want to return an unwanted or faulty item in accordance with our Returns Policy, you should first inform us in writing. Please send us an e-mail to:email@example.com giving us your full name, email address, order number and a brief description of the reason why you want to return the item.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF RETURNING AN ITEM?
When returning items to POPOLO London, please place your returned items in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. All returned items should be sent with:
- Their original cash receipt
- A note stating the reason for your return.
- A note with your name and order number helping us locates you on our systems.
WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURNING AN ITEM?
POPOLO London is really sorry, but we are unable to offer a free returns service to our customers. All returns must be made at your own expenses. Please return your items using My Hermes delivery services, and obtain a proof of dispatch receipt. Please keep your proof of dispatch safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

WHEN AM I EXPECTED TO GET MY REFUND FOR RETURNED ITEMS?
POPOLO London is aiming to process all returns and refund its customers within 30 days of the day we receive the returned products.
POPOLO London will refund any money received from you for your orders using the same method of payment originally used by you to pay for your purchase (via PayPal).
When returning items to POPOLO London, you will be refunded only the value of the products. All delivery charges for sending the items back to us will be at your own cost!
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are not able to process exchanges at this moment of time. If you would like to return an item, please return your item as outlined in the above sections and we will happily process a refund for you.
